Before I start my morning walk,I usually do some stretching exercises that look like silat cum taichi.
My cousin taught me this
simple arts of slow moving body movements to relax my tensed muscles or release stress.
Before I start walking or jogging, I normally start to sweat first after going through the various stretching and breathing exercises..
If you have not done this or tried it,please learn from the right instructors(not me ,of course).I bet ,you will feel good,even better after a walk around the park.
